What a fun few days it has been so far which was made even more exciting as I had My slave tate at My disposal – he had taken the week off.
After slave tate’s session on Monday, I had invited him to join Me for lunch and champagne yesterday to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Melbourne Cup. I was having a small festive occasion with My 24/7 slave, My youngest son and My collared slave. My other collared slave (slave connor) was working and dropped past mid-afternoon straight after his shift.
slave tate had offered to place a small wager for Me on the big race and suggested 3 horses for My consideration. After some deliberation, I opted to place My main bet on No.8 horse, Americain as 8 is My lucky number, with smaller bets on No.24 Maluckyday (which I felt was a most appropriate horse for Me to backing) and last of all, No. 22 Linton.
With delicious food to eat and champagne to drink, number 8 really was My lucky number and it topped off a wonderful afternoon with My collared slaves. As the evening arrived, I did not feel like cooking dinner and invited My boys to join Me for pizza (which they had to go out and collect *smiles*). At the conclusion of this meal there was a rather enormous pile of dishes waiting to be washed after the day’s festivities. Thank Goddess for slaves – both My collared slaves took it upon themselves to clean up O/our Melbourne Cup celebration mess! Standing in the kitchen behind My boys with My crop in My hand may have been a slight incentive *winks*!
Today My chauffeur was required to drive Me to My hairdressing appointment after which I briefly looked at some shoes on O/our way to meeting slave connor and slave edward for lunch. My ‘brief’ shoe shopping expedition turned out to be a long drawn out saga with no result. The frustrations of not being able to find that perfect summer sandal *sighs*. Another shoe shopping trip will be on the cards the next day as I MUST find some sandals to wear in the upcoming hot weather.
A yummy lunch with My boys soon put Me in a better mood and W/we finished off the afternoon with coffee in the relaxing lounge of the Sheraton Mirage.
